Uses of Garlic

• As a medicinal herb to lower cholesterol and blood pressure

• Garlic supplements are used as a remedy for conditions such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and heart disease.

It is also used as a natural insect repellent, and in some cultures, it is used to ward off evil spirits

• Garlic mashed potatoes: a side dish made by mashing boiled potatoes with butter, milk, and minced garlic

• Garlic noodles: a dish made by cooking pasta in a garlic butter sauce

• Pesto: a traditional Italian sauce made with basil, pine nuts, Parmesan cheese, garlic and olive oil

• Minced Garlic is also a main ingredient in many Asian and Middle Eastern dishes like stir fry,curries and marinades.
